Ali Al Dhaheri is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in asset management, energy investments, and business development. As the Managing Director and CEO of Tadweer Group, he spearheads the company’s mission to develop an integrated waste management ecosystem, streamlining waste collection, infrastructure, and recycling services.
Before joining Tadweer Group, Al Dhaheri served as an Advisor to the Energy and Utilities Cluster at ADQ, where he led key initiatives to restructure waste management frameworks and identify emerging market opportunities. His previous experience includes strategic leadership roles at Mubadala Investment Company, Abu Dhabi National Chemicals Company (ChemaWEyaat), and Abu Dhabi Oil Refining Company (TAKREER).
Al Dhaheri holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern Colorado, USA. His expertise in refining, marketing, and midstream energy solutions spans markets across Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, and Russia.
Mahmood Rasheed serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Enviroserve, joining the organization following a distinguished 30-year career at Imdaad, where he most recently served as the Group Chief Operating Officer.
Rasheed brings a wealth of expertise in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures, a foundation he built during his tenure at Dubai World beginning in 1996. In 2007, he joined Imdaad, where he played a pivotal role in driving the company’s expansion across diverse sectors, including environmental solutions, facility management, recycling, and special services. His strategic leadership as the Group Chief Operating Officer was instrumental in scaling the business, helping the organization exceed annual revenue of 1 billion AED and expand into additional GCC countries.
His academic background includes a degree in Environmental Science from a prestigious university in the United States and an MBA from the United Kingdom. During his career with Dubai World, he further specialized his skillset by earning an International Diploma in Safety Management.
A recognized expert in his field, Rasheed is a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 14001 Environmental systems (Lloyds) and a graduate of the Dubai Leadership Program at the Wharton University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Fahad is an investment professional with over two decades of international experience, specializing in business development, mergers and acquisitions, and joint venture structures.
Prior to joining DH Investments, he held key leadership roles, including Chief Executive Officer at Istithmar World Ventures, Managing Director at Millennium Finance Corporation, and Chief Investment Officer at Etisalat International Investment. He also gained valuable experience working in New York with Longwing Ventures.
Mr. Fahad holds an MBA in Finance and a BSc in International Business Management from Boston University, USA, as well as a Postgraduate Research Degree from the Institute of Islamic Finance, UK. His expertise in strategic investments and corporate growth supports Enviroserve’s mission of advancing sustainable recycling and resource recovery.
John Grainger is Chief Operating Officer at Tadweer Group. John has over 25 years of experience in senior positions across environmental services, waste management, and operational transformation, and is an expert in transitioning companies from traditional waste collection businesses into modern environmental solutions providers. Previously, John held senior roles at Suez R&R UK, overseeing multi-site operations, M&A activities, and large-scale waste treatment projects. John holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management and has completed executive programs in business strategy and operational excellence at Manchester Business School.
Shashidhar is an accomplished business development and investment expert with over 25 years of experience in corporate growth strategy, business research, and competitive benchmarking. As the Managing Director of Enviroserve, he leads the company’s strategic expansion and drives innovation in sustainable recycling and resource recovery.
In addition to his leadership role at Enviroserve, Shashidhar is a Business Development Advisor at DH Investments, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD). His expertise spans non-ferrous downstream industries, recycling, and sustainability, with a strong focus on joint ventures, acquisitions, and greenfield project development.
Shashidhar actively oversees portfolio companies, collaborates with CXO teams to devise corporate strategies and business plans, and monitors the performance of key sustainability projects. His board memberships include OSE Industries—Dubai, Thermalex Inc—USA, and Sohar Titanium, where he also chairs the Financial & Commercial Committee.
He holds an MBA from the University of Pune and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Mysore University in India. His profound understanding of market dynamics, corporate governance, and sustainable investments establishes him as a key leader in promoting Enviroserve’s vision for a greener future.
